Above Bar Scotts Stabilizers have been around for decades. This mounting solution is commonly used when the rider does not want to change or alter the handlebar height. We offer various bar clamps to accommodate numerous handlebar positions for most popular models. Understand that each bar position requires a specific bar clamp to ensure that the Scotts Stabilizer is located over the center of the steering stem. Essentially the Scotts Stabilizer must be placed directly over the center of the steering stem so that both the steering head and the Scotts Stabilizer pivot about the same axis. There are three components for this mounting style: 1)Bar Clamp, 2)Frame Bracket & 3)Scotts Steering Stabilizer.
